pa琀椀ents and sta昀昀. Our hospital’s infrastructure is in dire need of renova琀椀on, with outdated facili琀椀es and
inadequate ameni琀椀es. Sta昀昀 members o昀琀en have to share rooms
with mul琀椀ple others, and pa琀椀ents
are accommodated in cramped and
old spaces with cracked 昀氀oors and
roofs.
The lack of proper accommoda琀椀on not only a昀昀ects the comfort
and privacy of our pa琀椀ents, but
also impacts their recovery and
overall experience. For sta昀昀, inadequate accommoda琀椀on can lead

our hospital are complex. However,
