these small village clinics. Dr Jane
McNaughtan and I were asked to
speak with the directors of Transforming Lives Today. It became
clear during our conversa琀椀ons that
God was using the machine and its
pres琀椀ge among the village leaders to get into many rural villages
and be able to preach the Gospel.
Not only that, Sozos the Director,
to whom we were cha琀ng had a
rare illness himself and Jane McNaughtan works with a Specialist
in that 昀椀eld of medicine. We were
able both to pray with Sozos and
his wife, Des, and direct him to
some expert help. That was not a
coincidence but a God-incidence.
Nepal Leprosy Trust is another
project we support. The Hospital was built in 1972 and has become a Centre of Excellence for
leprosy care and, because of its
impact in the community, there is
now a thriving church there and in
some local villages.
We are so grateful to all our mission partners who lay down their
lives to provide high standard medical care and you can read more in
the following ar琀椀cles.
‘But how can they call on Him to
save them unless they believe in
Him? And how can they believe in
Him if they have never heard about
Him? And how can they hear about
Him unless someone tells them?
And how will anyone go and tell
them without being sent? That
is why the Scriptures say, “How
beau琀椀ful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”’ (Rom.
10:14-15)
